Mempunyai 3 bilik tidur dan 2 darinya ada aircond. Lengkap dengan katil kelamin. Terdapat 2 bilik air. Ruang tamu yang luas dan selesa serta tv dan Astro. Ruang dapur yang lengkap dengan meja makan, peti ais , periuk nasi letrik, cerek air dan dapur gas. Tempat parking yang boleh memuatkan 2 kereta.
Keistimewaan homestay ini amat berdekatan dengan masjid. Jarak Homestay dengan Pasaraya Tunas Manja hanya 1 Km . Manakala Freshmart Nan Demo pula hanya beberapa langkah saja dari rumah ini. Bagi menjamu selera pula homestay ini amat berhampiran dengan restoran anjung Suria yang lebih kurang 500 m dari homestay ini.
